Foto: Claudia Ruiz\/MAR Fund<\/h6>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Del 16 al 20 de mayo se efectu\u00f3 en San Pedro, Belice, el curso <em>\u201cRespuesta r\u00e1pida y restauraci\u00f3n de emergencia para arrecifes\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En este entrenamiento participaron 10 personas, entre ellas, buceadores expertos, manejadores de \u00e1reas protegidas, guardarrecursos, operadores de turismo y voluntarios de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Los asistentes del curso eran representantes de diferentes organizaciones belice\u00f1as, como el Departamento de Pesca de Belice, Turneffe Atoll Sustainability Association (TASA), el Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Belice, Belize Audubon Society, y Xsite Belize Sailing &amp; Adventures.<\/p>\n<p>Este entrenamiento se efectu\u00f3 como parte del componente de fortalecimiento de capacidades de la Iniciativa de Rescate de Arrecifes de MAR Fund, y en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con The Nature Conservancy, con el apoyo del Departamento de Pesca de Belice, Hol Chan Marine Reserve y TASA.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=\u00bb4555&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">Dos de los participantes del curso practicaron c\u00f3mo usar la bolsa de izaje.
