[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]New York Climate Week<\/strong> is an annual event that brings together world leaders, activists, scientists, businesses, and citizens to address the climate crisis and promote sustainable solutions. Typically held in September, it aligns with the United Nations General Assembly, giving it a global focus and significant visibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this edition of Climate Week, the Ocean Risk and Resilience Action Alliance (ORRAA)<\/strong><\/a> held a meeting with over 90 members committed to finding innovative solutions for the climate crisis. This gathering was key in fostering radical collaborations that drive meaningful change in the blue economy and investment towards a regenerative and sustainable ocean.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Claudia Ruiz<\/strong>, representing MAR Fund, participated in the Funder Advisory Board meeting, as well as in panels and workshops, where she shared the outcomes of the Mesoamerican Reef Insurance Programme<\/a>, an innovative product that reflects our commitment to protecting marine and coastal ecosystems.<\/span><\/p>\n
